We’re all familiar with workouts for the body, but what about for the mind? Just as it’s easy to fall into bad habits with our physical wellbeing, the same is true even more so of our mental and emotional wellbeing. In this workshop we’ll focus on activities that create a ‘fit’ mind. We’ll have meditation, discussion, a chance to share and ask questions and end by devising an action plan to keep your mind in good shape.
