Sustaining Mindfulness Practice Workshop

 Monday 19th September| 7-8.30pm | On zoom

Many participants of Breathing Space have shared with us how much they have benefitted from the tools and techniques we teach. But the problem is how to sustain our practice. Lives are busy. There are many demands on us. Never-ending to-do lists. In this workshop, we will look at how we can create the best conditions for ourselves. After a guided meditation of breath and body, we will explore what's worked for us. Which tools suit us, and we already apply to our lives? What tools can we add? What conditions do we need, and when? We will also look at our obstacles: what stops us from practising? During the session, we will devise our own action plan and take away a new resolve. This workshop suits regulars but newcomers who wish to set up a practice are welcome.
