A ‘pay what you can’ eight session intensive course in Mindfulness
Every Wednesday from 21st April- 9th June| 7.00-8.30pm

We’re aware many people are facing financial uncertainty during this time. Many people have lost their jobs or had a significant reduction in income. We wanted to make sure our courses were available to those who currently don’t have the means to pay a standard fee. If you’re struggling financially, we suggest you pay the nominal fee of £45. For those that would like to participate but can’t afford the minimum payment, we also have a number of bursary places available. Please contact for more information.
If you are financially stable at the moment, our suggested donation for the course is £145. Your contribution will serve as a donation to help us reach out to those whose mental health has been most badly affected by the current crises, as well to continue offering our support services to unpaid carers.
Here’s what you’ll receive with your booking:
  •  A link to join Dayabhardra and Caro, on zoom, once a week for 90 minutes, for 8 sessions (total 12 hrs tuition) 
  • Session summaries and guided practices to download sent to your email.
  • A recording after each session in case you want to listen again, or need to catch up.
  • An option to receive a 1:1 phone call with one of the Breathing Space team
