Mindfulness has shown in our evaluations to help our course participants manage their mental health. Sharing experience, learning practical strategies to manage life’s difficulties and taking away accessible tools to use are all frequently reported benefits.
We know that having a regular mindfulness practice can maintain good mental health, ensure we are emotionally resilient, and reduce our level of stress. This monthly drop-in can help us sustain, revive and enliven our practice. It is led by experienced teachers from the Breathing Space Team. Join us!
