A four week in-person course in meditation and mindfulness

Mindfulness practice has now firmly established credibility in a vast range of settings, from training elite athletes and navy seals to supporting CEOs and medical professionals. It is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence as a gold standard approach to improving positive mental health. Clinical trials show that mindfulness is a powerful tool to:
• Improve emotional resilience.
• Enhance cognitive function.
• Maintain clarity under pressure.
• Reduce symptoms of stress and depression.
This April, join ordained Buddhist and experienced mindfulness teacher Jayaka for a 4 week intensive mindfulness course designed specifically for men. With the course you’ll receive:
• 6 hrs of meditation and mindfulness tuition.
• Guided meditations.
• Group discussion and interactive exercises.
• Bodywork and meditation exercises to do at home.
The course is limited to small numbers due to COVID restrictions, so do book early to secure a place.
