Looking after a friend or relative can be challenging. With so much to do each day, it’s easy to forget to look after yourself. Since 2002, Breathing Space has offered retreats and groups to help local carers get some well-earned time out. We also teach mindfulness and meditation – tools you can use in your daily life to help reduce stress and enjoy the small things more. All our activities are done in small groups of carers, giving you a great chance to meet like-minded people.
What we offer
All our activities are completely free for unpaid carers. Do get in touch if you’d like to know more on 02087099985 or info@breathingspacelondon.org.uk.
